There are several organizations that offer ICF-accredited coaching training programs. These organizations meet ICF’s high requirements regarding theory, ethics and quality. Successfully completing your coaching training with such an organization gives you the theoretical basis to apply for your ICF certification (ACC, PCC or MCC). Of course, you also need to demonstrate sufficient coaching practice hours.
n its accreditation, ICF makes a distinction between an ACTP (Accredited Coaching Training Program) and ACSTH (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours). ACTP-accredited training programs are ‘all inclusive’ programs. In these programs you go through all the steps required for a complete coach training from start to finish. Your certification test will be taken by the training institute itself. ACSTH-accredited programs are ‘à la carte’ programs with a modular character. You combine these courses with expertise that you already have in-house. Your certification test will be given by ICF Global (in English).
The accredited training institutes in the Netherlands present themselves briefly below. If you want to know more about a specific organization, follow the link to the website of the institute.
